Improving people’s caliber is requiring that you improve your abilities to receive. The most basic requirement of you is that you receive clearly the words spoken to you. It is because you do not possess the abilities to receive that you do not even have the slightest understanding of what is being said. As such, it is very difficult to achieve the desired results.
