Hello, brothers and sisters! Two thousand years ago, the Lord Jesus came to do the work of redemption. The chief priests, scribes and Pharisees of Judaism adhered to their notions and imaginations and they convicted and abandoned the Lord Jesus. In the end, they allied themselves with the Roman government and they nailed the Lord Jesus to the cross. Nowadays, the Lord Jesus has come once again to do His work of judgment starting with God’s family and yet again, the majority of the pastors and elders of the religious world are convicting and abandoning Him. God has incarnated, appeared and done His work twice. Why is it that each time, He faces resistance and conviction from the religious world?
What is the source of this problem? If we do not recognize the source and the truth of the religious Pharisees’ resistance to God, won’t it be very easy for a historical tragedy to repeat itself? Won’t Christ of the last days be nailed to the cross once again? How should we differentiate the essence of the religious Pharisees, throw off their shackles and return to God?
